Required Experience

  • Digital Sales & Marketing with track record > 10y

  • Extensive knowledge about the E-Commerce reseller & marketplace industry in consumer market

  • Strong people management experience

  • Experience collaborating with Marketing team focused on achieving traffic and revenue targets

  • Working in International companies

Required Technical Skills

  • In depth understanding of E-Commerce sales with digital marketing landscape and best practice

  • Proficient in data driven digital marketing programs

  • Ability to manage marketing agency partners

  • High communication skill not only with Japan local teams but also with Logitech global team (Global Amazon, Marketplace, Direct Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.)

  • Very hands-on approach to the business

  • Highly collaborative and communicative

  • Able to analyze and problem solve and an attitude for interpreting and reporting changing business trends

  • Strong negotiation skills
